My Labor Doula Services Include:

  • Introduction phone/home interview to discuss your needs and desires
  • Two in-home prenatal visits
  • Assistance with Birth Plan preparation
  • Comfort and Relaxation Methods
  • Unlimited physical and emotional labor support beginning at home, if you wish
  • I will be on-call 24/7 for your birth starting 2 weeks before your due date
  • Back-up doula provided for the rare case that doula is ill when you go into labor
  • Labor tools, such as birth ball, relaxing music, positive affirmations, visualization scripts, light-touch massage, aromatherapy, positioning and movement during labor and delivery
  • An advocate of laboring mother and baby
  • Give father/partner tips on providing support for the laboring mom
  • Assistance in creating a safe environment in which to labor and birth
  • I stay for up to two hours after the birth to support you and your partner with your new baby
  • Your Birth Story from doula’s perspective
  • Breastfeeding assistance
  • Labor and birthing pictures (if you wish) compiled on a CD, given at post-partum visit
  • Resources and Information, Referrals for Massage, Chiropractic care, Childbirth Classes and more
  • An in-home post-partum visit that will cover a variety of recovery, breastfeeding, and infant care techniques

I will travel to homes and hospitals within a one-hour radius of my home in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

Fee: $550
